The Prairie Heights Panthers basketball team (LaGrange, IN), was overwhelmed 69-28 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN)
The Barons now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huntington North for a Northeast 8 battle on Saturday, January 27. DeKalb will confront a Vikings team coming off a 62-50 league loss to Bellmont (Decatur, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 4-11.
The Panthers (1-14) will now prepare for their battle against Fremont (Fremont, IN). The Eagles come into the Northeast Corner battle with a 8-6 record.
