New York High School Basketball - Fort Edward can't hold off Whitehall

The Whitehall Railroaders basketball team scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Fort Edward Flying Forts to 33 in the Railroaders league victory on Wednesday.
The Railroaders now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warrensburg for a Section 2 Adirondack contest on Friday, January 26. Whitehall will battle a Burgers team coming off a 84-51 league win over Fort Ann (Fort Ann, NY). The Burgers record now stands at 11-5.
The Flying Forts (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake George (Lake George, NY). The Lakers come into the Section 2 Adirondack contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Lake George was nudged by Moriah (Port Henry, NY), 53-38, in a non-league contest.
