In Wednesday's league outing, the Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) basketball squad edged the visiting Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA), by a count of 32-26.

The Trojans (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Wildcats go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Oak Harbor held off Lakewood (Arlington, WA), 66-57, in a league outing.
