Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Ichabod Crane Riders (Valatie, NY) and the host Chatham Panthers (Chatham, NY), saw Ichabod Crane's basketball squad wallop Chatham by a count of 46-23.

With the victory, Ichabod Crane upgrades its record to 2-11 on the campaign. The Riders host La Salle Institute (Troy, NY) to play the Cadets in a Section 2 Colonial challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 3-11. La Salle Institute lost 56-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Mechanicville (Mechanicville, NY)

Next up, the Panthers play the Watervliet Cannoneers (Watervliet, NY) in a Section 2 Patroon challenge, on Friday, January 26. Chatham will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Cannoneers come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 61-49 non-league win over Maple Hill (Castleton on Hudson, NY).
