Michigan High School Basketball - Flushing edges Hamady

The Flushing Raiders (Flushing, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Hamady Hawks (Flint, MI), 44-39 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Raiders (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Fenton (Fenton, MI). The Tigers go into the Flint Metro test with a 0-12 record. In their last test, Fenton was tipped by Powers Catholic (Flint, MI), 68-11, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now own a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Atherton for a Genesee Area - Red test on Friday, January 26. Hamady will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 56-33 non-league loss to Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-7.
