The Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Webster Thomas Titans (Webster, NY), 49-41 in Wednesday's league test.
The Cadets (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Brighton (Rochester, NY). The Bruins go into the Section 5 Monroe 1 test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Brighton went down by Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY), 72-37, in a league test.
The Titans now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Fairport for a non-league test on Friday, January 26. Webster Thomas will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 62-37 league loss to Hilton (Hilton, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-7.
