Colorado High School Basketball - Lyons overwhelms Rocky Mountain Prep SMART

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lyons Lions (Lyons, CO) and the visiting Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Ocelotls (Denver, CO), saw Lyons's basketball squad wallop Rocky Mountain Prep SMART by a tally of 52-18.

With the victory, Lyons improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Bishop Machebeuf (Denver, CO) to confront the Buffaloes in a 3A/2A/1A Mile High test on Tuesday, January 30. The Buffaloes go into the test with a record of 7-5.

The Ocelotls now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they host DSST: Conservatory Green for a 4A/3A/2A Confluence test on Wednesday, January 31.
