Peebles Indians (Peebles, OH) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Williamsburg Wildcats (Williamsburg, OH), 61-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Peebles upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to West Union (West Union, OH) to play the Dragons in a Southern Hills bout on Thursday, January 25. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 4-11. West Union lost 62-29 in their recent league bout against Fayetteville-Perry (Fayetteville, OH)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Clermont Northeastern Rockets (Batavia, OH) in a Southern Buckeye - National bout, on Monday, January 29. Williamsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Rockets come into the bout with a 7-11 record after their 44-35 league win over Bethel-Tate (Bethel, OH).
