The Carvers Bay Bears basketball team scored 22 points and held the host Cane Bay Cobras to 21 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bears now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Philip Simmons for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Carvers Bay will meet a Iron Horses team coming off a 33-14 non-league loss to Carvers Bay (Hemingway, SC). The Iron Horses record now stands at 0-2.
The Cobras (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Stratford (Goose Creek, SC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record.
