The Captain Shreve Gators smashed the host North DeSoto Griffins soccer squad by a margin of 4-0 in Wednesday's non-league match.
The Gators now sport a 19-3 record. They play next when they travel to Haughton for a Division I District 1 match on Thursday, January 25. Captain Shreve will encounter a Buccaneers squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Benton (Benton, LA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 8-13.
With the loss, North DeSoto drops to 11-5 on the season. The Griffins host Northwood (Shreveport, LA) to encounter the Falcons in a Division II District 1 match on Friday, January 26. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 2-9. Northwood won 9-1 in their recent non-league match against Huntington (Shreveport, LA)
