In Wednesday's league challenge, the Pomfret School Griffins (Pomfret, CT) ice hockey team bounced the host Austin Prep Cougars (Reading, MA), by a margin of 7-1.
The Griffins now possess a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deerfield Academy for a challenge on Friday, January 26. Pomfret School will clash with a Big Green team coming off a 2-1 league win over Westminster School (Simsbury, CT). The Big Green record now stands at 9-6.
The Cougars (5-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, VT). The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 0-14 record.
