The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Carman-Ainsworth Cavaliers (Flint, MI) and the host Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI), observed Carman-Ainsworth's basketball team overcome Bay City Western by a margin of 72-56.

The Cavaliers (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Richard (Riverview, MI). The Pioneers come into the non-league challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, Richard defeated Lutheran North (Macomb, MI), 80-34, in a non-league challenge.
