In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles basketball team scored a big 64-40 win over the Dodge City Demons.
The Golden Eagles (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Maize South (Wichita, KS). The Mavericks come into the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Maize South smashed Andover Central (Andover, KS), 57-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Demons battle the Andover Central Jaguars (Andover, KS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Dodge City will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 57-49 non-league loss to Maize South (Wichita, KS).
