The St. John's Jesuit Titans basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Catholic Central Shamrocks to 51 in the Titans league triumph on Friday.

The Titans now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Woodward for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. St. John's Jesuit will confront a Polar Bears team coming off a 71-18 non-league loss to Southview (Sylvania, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 0-14.

With the loss, Catholic Central falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Shamrocks travel to University of Detroit Jesuit (Detroit, MI) to confront the Cubs in a Catholic Central game on Friday, January 31. The Cubs go into the game with a record of 17-0. University of Detroit Jesuit won 72-64 in their recent non-league game against East Kentwood (Kentwood, MI)
