In Friday's league contest, the visiting Crown Point Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 50-49 win over the Chesterton Trojans.

The Bulldogs (12-0) will now prepare for their contest against Laporte (Laporte, MN). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 3-12 record.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Hobart Brickies (Hobart, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Chesterton will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record.
