The East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS) basketball crushed the visiting Mantachie Mustangs (Mantachie, MS), 71-49 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Urchins now possess a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Potts Camp for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. East Union will play a Cardinals team coming off a 64-42 league win over Strayhorn (Sarah, MS). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-17.
