Kansas High School Basketball - Salina Central can't get by Great Bend

The Salina Central Mustangs basketball squad (Salina, KS), was nudged 54-49 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Great Bend Panthers (Great Bend, KS)

With the victory, Great Bend advances its record to 11-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Andover (Andover, KS) to meet the Trojans in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 7-2. Andover won 73-33 in their recent non-league battle against Wamego (Wamego, KS)

The Mustangs now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Andover for a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II battle on Thursday, January 30. Salina Central will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 61-45 non-league loss to Great Bend (Great Bend, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 7-3.
