In Friday's non-league test, the Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT) basketball squad defeated the host Spaulding Crimson Tide (Barre, VT), by a score of 62-51.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Lamoille Lancers (Hyde Park, VT) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 29. Hazen will attempt to improve on its 10-2 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 7-4 record after their 76-40 league win over Randolph (Randolph, VT).
The Crimson Tide (5-6) will now prepare for their test against U-32 (Montpelier, VT). The Raiders come into the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, U-32 went down by North Country Union (Newport, VT), 67-45, in a non-league test.
