Indiana High School Basketball - Highland bests Lake Station Edison

January 24, 2025: Highland, IN 46322

The Highland Trojans basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles to 54 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Andrean for a Northwest Crossroads game on Saturday, January 25. Highland will play a Fighting 59ers team coming off a 77-44 non-league win over South Bend Adams (South Bend, IN). The Fighting 59ers record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Lake Station Edison falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Fighting eagles travel to Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 6-7. Hanover Central lost 61-54 in their recent non-league game against Griffith (Griffith, IN)
