The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Omaha Nation Chiefs (Macy, NE) and the host Homer Knights (Homer, NE), observed Omaha Nation's basketball team overcome Homer by a margin of 63-43.

The Chiefs (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Flandreau Indian (Flandreau, SD). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Flandreau Indian dropped by Sisseton (Sisseton, SD), 59-21, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Siouxland Christian Eagles (Sioux City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Homer will attempt to better on its 2-13 season record.
