In Friday's league contest, the host John Hay basketball team scored a good 78-62 win over the Lincoln West Wolverines.

The (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Max S. Hayes (Cleveland, OH). The Lakers come into the Senate contest with a 2-10 record.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Rhodes Rams (Cleveland, OH) in a Senate contest, on Monday, January 27. Lincoln West will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record.
