The Northern Patriots were victorious over the visiting La Plata Warriors basketball squad by a final score of 70-54 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Patriots face the Westlake Wolverines (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland outing, on Wednesday, January 29. Northern will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Wolverines enter the outing with a 2-12 record after their 59-50 league loss to Chopticon (Morganza, MD).

The Warriors (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against McDonough (Pomfret, MD). The Rams enter the Southern Maryland outing with a 8-5 record.
