The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lamoille Lancers (Hyde Park, VT) and the visiting Randolph Ghosts (Randolph, VT), observed Lamoille's basketball team overwhelm Randolph by a score of 76-40.

The Lancers (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hazen (Hardwick, VT). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Hazen trounced Spaulding (Barre, VT), 62-51, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Ghosts encounter the Thetford Academy Panthers (Thetford, VT) in a Capital challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. Randolph will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 49-43 league win over Lake Region (Orleans, VT).
