The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT) and the visiting Long Trail (Dorset, VT), observed Twin Valley's basketball team overwhelm Long Trail by a score of 75-42.

The Wildcats (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Leland & Gray (Townshend, VT). The Rebels come into the Southern Vermont - C challenge with a 1-11 record. In their last challenge, Leland & Gray was routed by Woodstock (Woodstock, VT), 57-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the encounter the Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) in a Southern Vermont - D challenge, on Monday, January 27. Long Trail will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Phantoms come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 62-56 league loss to Arlington Memorial (Arlington, VT).
