The Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA) basketball were winner over the host Mangham Dragons (Mangham, LA), 53-36 in Friday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 20-4 record. They play next when they host Ferriday for a 2A District 2 bout on Monday, January 27. Ouachita Christian will play a Trojans team coming off a 69-64 league loss to Rayville (Rayville, LA). The Trojans record now stands at 18-7.
With the loss, Mangham falls to 11-15 on the campaign. The Dragons host Beekman Charter (Bastrop, LA) to play the Tigers in a 2A District 2 bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-9. Beekman Charter lost 73-41 in their recent league bout against Madison (Tallulah, LA)
