The South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN) basketball were winner over the visiting Mesabi East Giants (Aurora, MN), 71-54 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Woods for a A Section 7 bout on Tuesday, January 28.
With the loss, Mesabi East falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Giants travel to Bigfork (Bigfork, MN) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Monday, January 27. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 4-7.
