In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Midwest City Bombers basketball team scored a close 74-67 triumph over the Union Redhawks.
The Bombers (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Crossings Christian (Oklahoma City, OK). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Crossings Christian nipped Union (Tulsa, OK), 53-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Redhawks battle the Jenks Trojans (Jenks, OK) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Union will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record.
