The Putnam County Midgets defeated the host South Harrison Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 74-66 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Midgets clash with the Webb City Cardinals (Webb City, MO) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 25. Putnam County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Cardinals come into the outing with a 8-5 record after their 89-52 non-league win over Frontenac (Frontenac, KS).
The Bulldogs (3-9) will now prepare for their outing against Lafayette County (Higginsville, MO). The Huskers come into the non-league outing with a 13-2 record. In their last outing, Lafayette County overcame Holden (Holden, MO), 93-48, in a league outing.
