North Carolina High School Basketball - The Burlington School victorious over Caldwell Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the host The Burlington School Spartans basketball team scored a good 49-36 triumph over the Caldwell Academy Eagles.

The Spartans (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC). The Colts go into the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Crossroads Christian topped Lee Christian (Sanford, NC), 59-37, in a league battle.

The Eagles now own a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wesleyan Christian Academy for a NCISAA Piedmont battle on Friday, January 31.
