The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Clearfield Bison (Clearfield, PA) and the host North Clarion Wolves (Tionesta, PA), observed Clearfield's basketball team overwhelm North Clarion by a score of 70-38.

The Bison (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Martinsburg, PA). The Dragons come into the Laurel Highlands challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, Central was routed by Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA), 51-34, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the Redbank Valley Bulldogs (New Bethlehem, PA) in a Keystone Shortway challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. North Clarion will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 71-58 non-league loss to Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA).
