The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI) and the visiting St. Ursula Academy Arrows (Toledo, OH), observed Mercy's basketball team overwhelm St. Ursula Academy by a margin of 65-23.

The Marlins (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The Falcons come into the Catholic Central challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Divine Child was trounced by St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI), 58-37, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Arrows battle the Lumen Christi Catholic Titans (Jackson, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. St. Ursula Academy will attempt to better on its 2-15 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 54-40 league loss to Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI).
