Next, the Colts encounter the Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR) in a 5A Midwestern test, on Tuesday, January 28. Thurston will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 1-15 record after their 97-27 league loss to Crater (Central Point, OR).

The Roughriders (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Franklin (Portland, OR). The Quakers come into the 6A Portland test with a 1-12 record. In their last test, Franklin was routed by Grant (Portland, OR), 57-34, in a league test.
