In Friday's league contest, the host St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings basketball team scored a big 58-37 win over the St. Paul's Girls Gators.
The Vikings (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Mount de Sales Academy (Catonsville, MD). The Sailors come into the IAAM B contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Mount de Sales Academy smashed Century (Sykesville, MD), 42-21, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gators battle the Mount de Sales Academy Sailors (Catonsville, MD) in a IAAM B contest, on Wednesday, January 29. St. Paul's Girls will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record.
