The Crockett Bulldogs soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Livingston Lions to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Diboll for a 4A Region 2 District 16 bout on Tuesday, January 28. Crockett will play a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Livingston moves to 4-7 on the year. The Lions host Hargrave (Huffman, TX) to play the Falcons in a 4A Region 3 District 18 bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Hargrave lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Silsbee (Silsbee, TX)
