Nebraska High School Basketball - Bryan edges Mount Michael Benedictine

The Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE) basketball nipped the visiting Mount Michael Benedictine Knights (Elkhorn, NE), 59-56 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bears (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Monarchs go into the A District TBD test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Papillion-LaVista got by Millard South (Omaha, NE), 53-51, in a league test.

The Knights now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to South Sioux City for a non-league test on Thursday, January 27. Mount Michael Benedictine will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 75-37 non-league loss to Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-11.
