The Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) basketball felled the visiting St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL), 74-66 in Tuesday's league test.
The Redhawks (16-5) will now prepare for their test against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs go into the DuPage Valley test with a 16-7 record. In their last test, DeKalb thwarted Streator (Streator, IL), 64-46, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Saints now own a 1-18 record. They play next when they host Glenbard North for a DuKane test on Friday, January 28. St. Charles East will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 52-26 non-league loss to York (Elmhurst, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 11-13.
