Warren Central Warriors (Indianapolis, IN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Zionsville Eagles (Zionsville, IN), 55-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Warren Central upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Warriors host North Central (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Panthers in a Metropolitan bout on Friday, January 28. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 12-4. North Central won 73-57 in their recent non-league bout against Muncie Central (Muncie, IN)
Next up, the Eagles play the Brownsburg Bulldogs (Brownsburg, IN) in a Hoosier Crossroads bout, on Friday, January 28. Zionsville will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 34-31 non-league win over Carmel (Carmel, IN).
