Arizona High School Basketball - Independence ripped by Glendale

The Glendale Cardinals basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Independence Patriots to 13 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a 5A Central contest on Friday, January 28. Glendale will battle a Rams team coming off a 45-44 league loss to West Point (Avondale, AZ). The Rams record now stands at 2-10.
The Patriots (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Wildcats enter the 5A Central contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Willow Canyon triumphed over North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ), 43-42, in a league contest.
