Connecticut High School Basketball - Plainfield can't hold off St. Bernard

The St. Bernard Saints basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Plainfield Panthers to 34 in the Saints non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Saints now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stonington for a non-league contest on Friday, January 28. St. Bernard will battle a Bears team coming off a 57-24 non-league win over Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT). The Bears record now stands at 5-6.
The Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Indians come into the Eastern Connecticut - 3 contest with a 8-7 record.
