California High School Basketball - Coast Union tipped by Tranquillity

The Tranquillity Tigers basketball team scored 35 points and held the host Coast Union Broncos to 30 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avenal for a West Sierra contest on Friday, January 27. Tranquillity will meet a Buccaneers team coming off a 57-53 league win over Firebaugh (Firebaugh, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 10-6.

The Broncos (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Shandon (Shandon, CA). The Outlaws enter the Coast Valley contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, Shandon was nudged by Coast Union (Cambria, CA), 67-5, in a league contest.
