Lake Havasu Knights (Lake Havasu City, AZ) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ) in a 5A Desert West challenge, on Friday, January 27. Lake Havasu will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Scorpions enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ).

The Knights now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host La Joya Community for a 5A Desert West challenge on Tuesday, January 31. Westview will confront a Fighting Lobos team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Canyon View (Waddell, AZ). The Fighting Lobos record now stands at 2-8.
