MOT Charter Mustangs (Middletown, DE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE), 48-47 in a league bout.

With the win, MOT Charter upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE) to clash with the Red Wolves in a Diamond State bout on Monday, January 29. The Red Wolves go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Conrad Science won 58-41 in their recent league bout against Wilmington Charter (Wilmington, DE)

Next up, the Auks clash with the Tower Hill Hillers (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Archmere Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
