Maine High School Basketball - Brunswick knocked off by Westbrook

The Westbrook Blue Blazes basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Brunswick Dragons to 51 in the Blue Blazes league triumph on Thursday.
The Blue Blazes now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fryeburg for a A South contest on Saturday, January 27. Westbrook will battle a Raiders team coming off a 54-47 league win over Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME). The Raiders record now stands at 7-7.
The Dragons (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Freeport (Freeport, ME). The Falcons enter the A South contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Freeport was defeated by Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME), 62-41, in a league contest.
