The Caravel Buccaneers basketball team (Bear, DE), dropped 68-50 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE)
The Colonials now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Polytech for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. William Penn will confront a Panthers team coming off a 55-47 league loss to Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE). The Panthers record now stands at 2-10.
The Buccaneers (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Aberdeen dropped by C. Milton Wright (Bel Air, MD), 78-69, in a league battle.
