Colorado High School Basketball - Holyoke topples Chase County

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Holyoke Dragons (Holyoke, CO) basketball squad beat the visiting Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE), by a count of 53-44.

The Dragons (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Haxtun (Haxtun, CO). The Fightin' Bulldogs go into the 3A/2A Lower Platte outing with a 3-10 record. In their last outing, Haxtun was topped by Otis (Otis, CO), 71-49, in a non-league outing.

The Longhorns now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Hershey for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 27. Chase County will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 72-29 non-league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 5-8.
