New York High School Basketball - Corcoran fells Utica Academy of Science

Corcoran Cougars (Syracuse, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Utica Academy of Science Atoms (Utica, NY), 58-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Corcoran upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Cougars host Henninger (Syracuse, NY) to play the Black Knights in a Section 3 Salt City - Metro bout on Friday, January 26. The Black Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-11. Henninger lost 78-57 in their recent league bout against Syracuse Academy of Science (Syracuse, NY)
Next up, the Atoms play the Green Tech Eagles (Albany, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Utica Academy of Science will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record.
