Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Girard College crushes Liguori Academy

January 25, 2024: Philadelphia, PA 19121

Girard College Cavaliers (Philadelphia, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Liguori Academy Falcons (Philadelphia, PA), 61-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Girard College upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Roxborough (Philadelphia, PA) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Roxborough won 58-54 in their recent non-league bout against Bodine (Philadelphia, PA)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the High School of the Future (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Liguori Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.
