Virginia High School Basketball - Virginia Episcopal School nudges Glass

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) basketball squad nipped the host Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA), by a margin of 52-50.

The Bishops (7-8) will now prepare for their outing against The Carmel School (Ruther Glen, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 11-11 record. In their last outing, The Carmel School got by Grove Christian School (Richmond, VA), 78-35, in a league outing.

The Hilltoppers now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Amherst County for a Seminole outing on Friday, January 26. Glass will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 51-50 league win over Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 5-10.
