The Headland Rams (Headland, AL) basketball nipped the host New Brockton Gamecocks (New Brockton, AL), 60-53 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rams (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Ashford (Ashford, AL). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league test with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Ashford was tipped by Providence Christian (Dothan, AL), 68-31, in a league test.
