In Thursday's league outing, the MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lakeview Lakers (Cottonwood, MN), by a count of 81-43.

The Wolverines (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN). The Panthers go into the A Section 3 outing with a 10-6 record. In their last outing, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton was crushed by Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN), 100-68, in a league outing.

The Lakers now hold a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Springfield for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 27. Lakeview will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 67-57 league win over Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.
